Before sending anything, the provider sets the language preference on the client record. Every communication that follows — portal invite, intake form, screening link, appointment confirmation, invoice reminder — arrives in Spanish automatically. The client never has to ask.

Client sets it

Public-facing forms and screenings include a language toggle the client can use themselves. If the provider hasn't set a preference, or the client just wants to confirm it, they switch to Spanish right there on the form. The platform respects that choice going forward.
